So today's question has to do with your home, it's so easy to get carried away daydreaming about a shiny new house, or adding space to your existing place. Home is a sacred place for many, and it's important to embrace where you live. Write a love letter to your home, sharing all the good that is to be found inside it.

I first got bit by the decorating bug when I decided to open a furniture store in Massachusetts. I had no real experience with home decor or owning a furniture store, but at that time I loved Mexican Furniture ...mostly the raw pine carved furniture. At first I was weary about how the towns people of Wayland, MA  would receive my store, but I was happily surprised by the warmth and acceptance of something new.

Breaking Up with Gluten!

OK let's be real, this Italian girl loves her pasta, bread and cheese! However, six years ago I decided to go gluten and dairy free to be proactive with my health.  There are many gluten-free options out there, so many that actually taste close to the real thing. But I soon realized some gluten-free options were full of sugar and chemicals to make it more palatable. That's when I decided to simply eat cleaner. If nature made it, I will eat it! Nothing from a box!
